LibreNMS topology data is no longer fresh

The browser detected that the latest API snapshot is outside the 60-second monitoring safety window. The stale topology has been hidden to avoid displaying misleading device status.

Background polling continues automatically. The topology view will return only after a fresh API snapshot is received.
